Prevention is #innovation. Yearly the same neighborhoods have the highest concentration of very costly sick people. 2 reasons our hospital is interested in that kind of knowing: Those neighborhoods are where a very large amount of care we provide is not paid for by anybody. And that is another way of saying they are places that need a lot of mercy usually as a last resort. What about your hospital?
